Returns policy

For all cases you wish to return the product you bought (change size / color / design or replacement), you must send a Return Request, with your name, order number and reason for return to [email protected] or to call 2110126234.

Once your request is verified, we will notify you by phone or receive a return notification approving the return and instructions on how and where to send it.

Product Changes

If you wish to change the product you bought – and only if the product has not been used – you must register a Return Request within 5 days from the date of receipt at [email protected] or contact by phone at 211 0126234 for the product change-replacement process.

RETURNS without prior notification of the store, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

For orders within Greece, the return charge is free. The return will be accepted only when the shoe is in its original form (the box must be intact, bear the shoe labels, as well as the proof of purchase).

The resending of the product costs € 3.5 and is charged by the customer (excluding inaccessible areas € 6). The return process will be done only with the same courier with which the product is sent for the first time (€).

If there is a price difference on the second product you chose in relation to the one you bought the first time, this amount will be paid either by deposit in our account or by cash on delivery or by credit.

In any case, first the product will be returned by the customer within 10 days and then the shoe will be sent to the company for replacement.

For orders outside Greece, the customer returns with a charge and is charged for the replacement shipment with the normal shipping costs (depending on the country of destination).

* In periods of discounts and discounts, product changes are made based on the initial price of the product of the order.

Right of withdrawal-Order cancellation-Refund

You have the right to change your mind and withdraw from the contract, without stating the reason and free of charge (on the value of the product), within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product.

Additional clarifications:

Refunds are made if the following conditions are met:

• The products and their packaging should be in excellent condition and accompanied by all the accompanying documents

(eg Retail Receipt or Invoice, and all accessories such as labels, etc.).

• In case of refund you must send the products you want to return within 5 days from the date your request for a refund will be accepted.

• If you request a refund, the money will be refunded for the value of the products, in full, within 10 working days from the date of receipt by funnyfeet.gr of the returned product.

• For orders that have been charged with shipping costs of € 3.50, the amount of shipping is not refundable !!!

• In case of refund THE CUSTOMER UNDERTAKES THE RETURN COSTS of the product / products. • Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.

Wrong Shipments / Defective Products

In case you received a defective product or incorrect shipment, contact our Company at 2110126234 in the morning (9: 30-14: 00) to replace it. Our Company will replace the product if the conditions of the law are met and the present terms of the Company are observed. In this case the resending is not charged to the customer.

* A PRODUCT IN WHICH HAS BEEN ABUSED IS NOT CONSIDERED DEFECTIVE.

Terms relating to all the above cases

** In case of repeated returns or in case funnyfeet.gr realizes, at its absolute discretion, that the customer abuses the right of return or acts in bad faith, it has every right to refuse customer service.

** funnyfeet.gr will refuse the return of products in case in the original packaging of the products – box or product envelope – there are stuck shipping labels, tapes, and the like, which violate the integrity and commercial appearance of the original packaging.

Returned products must be placed in a package (bag) of the respective courier company or other packaging, on which they can be

return documents (shipping labels, etc.) of the courier company. If there is no packaging, the transport company will seal / apply adhesive tape to the original packaging of the product resulting in its physical damage. All returned parcels must be in the same condition as the ones delivered, without marks, without adhesive tape.

The responsibility for the existence of packaging on which the return labels will be stuck lies solely with the customer / sender.
